What we collect
We collect account identifiers, conversation content you submit, service usage, order and payment status, device and security signals, approximate network-derived country and postal code for checkout, and support correspondence. Payment card details are handled by the selected payment provider and are not stored by BitVerse.
Why we use it
We use information to provide and secure the service, deliver AI responses, maintain usage and order records, streamline checkout, calculate applicable taxes, prevent abuse, support customers, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Prompts and relevant conversation context are sent to our configured AI infrastructure to generate responses. Authentication, hosting, network-location, analytics, and payment providers process the minimum information needed for their role.
Retention and control
We retain records for as long as needed to operate the service, address disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law. Account deletion requests can be sent to our contact address; some financial and security records may need to be retained.
